Prairie to Plate was an integrated farm-to-plate meat startup venture utilizing holistic harvest practices and regenerative agricultural techniques to produce nutrient-dense and delicious meat products.

Provided services in the following areas:

Partner - Building into a minority position with Prairie to Plate, I both advised on strategy and was one of the core employees on-the-ground at the Freeman facility.

Plant Manager - Oversaw quality control and meat production, maintained best practices in HACCP programs for a USDA-certified cut-and-wrap meats facility. Responsible for interacting multiple times weekly with USDA Inspectors, ensuring food safety and quality.

Marketing Director - Oversaw all external strategic communications for the company.

In these roles I directly managed 3-7 full and part-time employees.I was building into a minority ownership position with Prairie to Plate.
